Equipped personnel with the ability to identify potential problems and act effectively is extremely important to maintain machinery at optimal performance level.
M-Seamers provides can seamer training that saves you considerable time and money over the years.

Conducted at Your Facility

We empower personnel with the power of knowledge to operate and maintain their machines effectively to maximize production, while cutting overall costs. Hands-on learning is emphasized with a minimum of 70% of time on the plant floor with the prescribed equipment. The remaining time is spent on theoretic teaching. This includes double seam training and preventative maintenance. We focus on small group sessions to individualize training and coaching.
Seamer training should not be an event created by crisis but should be an on going knowledge expansion. It requires long term commitment to have maximum value and must be consistent.
